What SupFunds is

SupFunds is a private discovery and introductions network. It is not a stock exchange, broker, investment adviser or crowdfunding platform. No money moves through SupFunds, and nothing on SupFunds is an offer of securities or a recommendation to invest or donate.

Membership

• Accounts are reviewed and may be approved, sent back for changes, or suspended at our discretion.
• You must give true information and keep it up to date. Registrations you list are self-reported unless marked verified.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Introductions

• An introduction only shares contact details between two members who both agree.
• Any funding decision, agreement or due diligence happens directly between the parties, outside SupFunds, at their own risk and with their own advisers.
• Don't use SupFunds to make public offers of shares or to solicit the public.

Fair use

No spam, scraping, harassment or misleading profiles. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll tell members about significant changes by email.
